The Comet struggling with Clouds

We had many nights with clear skies, but in the NW there were always clouds. Besides we had strong winds that blew down my tripod with camera some days later. I am glad that - after some hours of a comet allergy (could capture all motives including other stars + planets but not the comet) the camera still works as usual.
Does anyone know why the sky just above the horizon turned to green more and more? On several days the later pics show that green color. (First I thought that I forgot to reset the white balance after IR photos, but of course I did not take any IR pics between comet photos.)

(Σου εμφάνισε λίγο banding στον ουρανό γιατί το αρχείο έφτασε στα όρια του, αυτό δεν μειώνει όμως στο παραμικρό την ομορφιά της. Τώρα αν είναι αυτό το πρόβλημα και με τις άλλες λήψεις που έκανες και έχουν πράσινη απόχρωση, δεν ξέρω.)
